I love that what I do is capture moments for families and kiddos and babies (you name it)... does it seem like it would get old? Because it definitely DOES NOT! Every session is different in its own way. Making a fool of myself for those kiddos to helping the adults pose in a natural but appealing way-- NEVER gets old. I've been asked many times what do I prefer to shoot. My answer is this... depends on the day! Sometimes I am in a desperate need for a new born baby fix... but newborns are VERY hard to work with but I love snuggling them and loving on them for the few hours that I have been blessed with. Then theres my most typical clients... my rowdy tots and kiddos. I love them. I can't get enough of them, even with one of my own. I love their different personalities and I love watching their parents interact with them and pleading, bribing, and begging them to smile at the camera and also make a fool of themselves as we go :) LOVE IT. But with that comes lots of chasing, up and down off the ground, and lots of redirection to get their little brains focused on what I want them to do--without moving (HA!) But then there's the adults that are worried about their "double chin", "baby rolls", "love handles", blemishes, etc. I get, "Well can you hide this and that and remove this and give me this?"..... I AM A DIGITAL PLASTIC SURGEON! Yes, I retouch most every client, but these adults.... they are worried about some funny things. I giggle every time I edit an adult session wether that be a bridal, engagement, couple, or just a portrait session.
